Historia e skuadres se futbollit "Partizani" e ka fillimin fill pas Clirimit te vendit. Baze per krijmin e saj ishin e rinjte partizane te divizioneve, te brigatave te ushtrise nacionlçlirimtare. Ne vitet e para shkolla "Skenderbej" dhe "Shkolla e Bashkuar e Oficerave" si dhe futbolliste te skuadrave te tjera do te ishin furnizuesit kryesor te saj. Ne kampionatin e pare te kategorise se pare te pasluftes, ne viin 1945 do te merrnin pjese dy divizione te ushtrise njera ne qender ne Shkoder "Ylli" dhe tjetra me qender ne Korçe "Liria". Keto dy skuadra ushtarake do te merrnin pjese vetem ne kampionatin e pare, pasi ne vitin 1946 dy skuadrat e mesiperme me futbollistet me te mire krijuan berthamen e ekipit kryesor te skuadres ushtarake e cila mori emrin "Ushtria" . Me 13 janar 1946 ekipi zhvilloi takimin e pare miqesor ndaj kampiones se vendit te vitit 1945 "Vllaznia". Ndeshja u zhvillua ne Tirane. Ne nje shi te dendur dhe qe u mbyll me rezultatin 0-0. Skuadra ushtarake dallohej nga inicialet e germave qe ishin vendosur ne gjoksin secjilit futbollist. Formacioni i pare historik i saj ne kete kete takim ishte: Bonati, Luga, Tepelia, Demneri, Fagu, Rexhepi, L.Hoxha, Teliti, Kavaja, Bakalli, Bylyku. Ndersa ne 7 prill 1946 skuadra e cila kishte luajtur nen emrin "Ushtria" , ne kete takim kunder "17 Nentorit" te Tiranes, per here te pare ne bluzat e tyre ishte shkruajtur "Partizani". Takimin e fitori ekipi i "Partizanit" me rezultatin 2-0. Shenuesit ishin futbollistet: O.Pengili dhe Q.Teliti . Ja dhe formacioni qe luajti per fanelat e kuqe: Cobani, Tepeli, Dibra, Fagu, Kavaja, Pengili, Hoxha, Sakiqi, Bylyku, Demneri. Ne kampionatin kombetar te kategorise se pare te vitit 1946, skuadra ushtarake "Partizani" nuk ishte pjesmarrese. Por per te mos qendruar pasive, skuadra ndermorri nje turne te gjate ne shume qytete te Shqiperise per konsolidimin e ekipit por dhe per te pare futbolliste cilesore te ketyre qyteteve. Zhvilloi 9 ndeshje miqesore, duke shenuar 26 gola e pesuar 9. Shenuesi me i mire ishte Qamil Teliti me 11 gola. Viti 1947, per here te pare ne hstorine e saj merr pjese ne kampionatin kombetar te vendit dhe per here te pare shpallet kampion kombetar, titull qe do ta mbronte dhe ne kampionatet e viteve 1948 dhe1949. Partizani fitoi dhe 2 kupa republike ne vitet 1948 dhe 1949. Skuadren e ka drejtuar traineri i shquar, Sllave Llambi qe gjithashtu dhe futbollist i skuadres. Historia e skuadres se futbollit "Partizani" gjate nje periudhe 55 vjecare ka qene vazhdimisht ne rrije ne fitimn e 15 titujve kampion kombetar te 15 kupave te Republikes e te shume takimeve nderkombetare, por per te theksuar eshte fitimi i 2 medaljeve te argjendi ne Laipcig dhe Hanoi ndaj skuadrave me ne ze te Europes Lindore. Skuadra e Partizanit me futbollistet cilesore ka perbere bazen e skuadres kombetare. Ne 55 vjet ne skuadren, kane dhen kontributin e shquar qindra futblliste. Skuadra e Patizanit per shume vite jo vetem ka fituar tituj kampion dhe kupa republike, por ajo i ka paraprire futbollit shqiptar. Jane shume mjeshtra te merituar dhe dhjetra mjeshtra sporti qe kane dale nga rradhet e skuadres se Partizanit. Shume nga ish futbollistet e Partizanit kane veshur fanellat e ekipeve te huaja si ne Itali, Gjermani, Rumani, Greqi, Turqi, Zvicer etj. Vitet e fundit Partizani nuk ka qene ne lartesine e emrit qe ka ne futbollin shqiptar. Pas renies se komunizmit ne Shqiperi, Partizani ka pasur me shume sukses ne Kupen e Shqiperise sesa ne Kampionat duke e fituar 4 here ne 1991, 1993, 1997 dhe 2004, kur kampionatin e ka fituar vetem nje here ne 1993. Qe pas renies ne kategorine e dyte (per herete pare) ne vitin 1998, Partizani drejtohet nga presidenti Albert Xhani i cili fitoi Kategorine e dyte dhe e ngjiti menjehere Partizanin ne ate te paren. Megjithate ne 8 vjet ne krye te Partizanit, Albert Xhani ka arritur te fitoje vetem nje Kupe te Shqiperise. Nen drejtimin e Albert Xhanit, u krijua Akademia Partizani, e pare e ketij lloji ne Shqiperi. Qe prej krijimit, kjo skuader ka nxjerre lojtare te shumte per skuadren e pare dhe disa prej tyre kane arritur dhe te luajne me skuadra europiane. Dy rezultatet historike te Partizanit: Partizani mund Torinon ne Tirane ne Kupen e Kupave. Partizani luante me uniforma te bardha. In the first championship after the war, that of 1945, participated two teams representing 2 military divisions of the Albanian army. The first was the team of the Shkoder army division "Ylli" and the second was that of the Korca army division "Liria". However they participated only for one season because in 1946 by their merger was created FK Ushtria with its headquarters in Tirana representing the soccer team of the Albanian Army. The January 13, 1946 is registered as the foundation date of the team inaugurated by the friendly soccer match versus Vllaznia finished 0-0. The first formation of Partizani was: Bonati, Luga, Tepelia, Demneri, Fagu, Rexhepi, L.Hoxha, Teliti, Kavaja, Bakalli, Bylyku. However the team would be baptised with its actual name on April 7, 1946 that of FK Partizani. In the championship of 1947 was the first time Partizani participated and for the first time won the championship. The then FK Partizani was able to protect its title even in the season of 1948 and 1949. The team at that time was directed by the famous coach Sllave Llambi. FK partizani was to dominate the second half of the 50's in the Albanian soccer. It won 4 championships and 2 cups within 7 years. The Albanian national team was based on Partizani players. Even in the 60's Partizani was one of the best teams always pretend to win in championship or the Albanian Cup. At that time Partizani started its confront in the European arena but unfortunately not with the same succes that it had in the Albanian soccer eveniments. However even in the European tournament matches it still registered several achievments as the defeat of Torino, then the winner of the Italian Cup in 1968. One of the most famous players of FK Partizani at that time was the Albanian legend Panajot Pano. However that wonderful generation of players either "emigrated" at other teams or retired and the 70's were not a very good period for Partizani. Although the team was one of the best in Albania it won just one championship and a cup. With the advent of the 80's and the start of 90's FK Partizani experienced a blossom especially in the second part of the decade when it won 3 championships and 3 cups. It was the period of Millo, Pano "the junior", Shehu, Kacaci, Ocelli etc. It was the time when again Partizani was the main furnisher of the Albanian national team. In 1993 Partizani won its 15-th championship and became the Albanian team with most trophy. However that year was the last time Fk Partizani won the championship. Although with the approach of several sponsors Partizani during the last 13 years was not able to be crowned champion of Albania for the 16-th time. The actual president Albert Xhani after 8 years in power is under pressure to resign for not achieveng positive results. Partizani became the first team to be privatised in Albania. Also it is the only team which operates an Academy of soccer to discover new talents in Albania. FK Partizani although experiencing oscillations in the last years is the second team with most trophy in Albania: 15 Albanian championships, 15 Albanian cups and 2 Albanian Supercups. Championships: 1947, 1948, 1949, 1954, 1957, 1958, 1959, 1961, 1963, 1964, 1971, 1979, 1981, 1987, 1993. Cups : 1948, 1949, 1957, 1958, 1961, 1964, 1966, 1968, 1970, 1973, 1980, 1991, 1993, 1997, 2004, Supercups : 1994, 2004. Although this period of instability in achieving result in 2004 Partizani was able to win the Albanian cup. The traditional jersey of FK Partizani is red here comes even their nickname the "Red Bulls". The team plays its matches at the biggest stadium in Albania, "Qemal Stafa" with the capacity of 17200 seats in Tirana. FK Partizani is the team with the biggest number of fans in Albania.
